Sure, she is well motivated… and her care factor is turned up to high but…. so very very odd in terms of a world view…. if only everything was so easy to solve.

Following on from yesterday’s post featuring a classic comedy moment from Jerry Lewis, we’ve also stumbled across another sheer-lewis performance, this time from one of Jerry’s television shows. A drumming duel with jazz great Buddy Rich.

On a previous post I mentioned that I had ‘moved’ on from Jerry Lewis… of course I meant a full sitting of his films… that’s not to say that he was and currently ‘is’ still a sensational talent – just check this out if you ever had a doubt. Just brilliant.

When I was a teen in the ’80′s – my weekends featured a solid television ritual. On Saturdays one of the networks would always screen a double feature of a Jerry Lewis with Dean Martin occasionally ‘tagging’ along film followed by an Elvis Presley film. I loved them both and wanted to be like them.
