It is just a great Aussie story starring a very forthright talking waitress from Darwin who seems to have found herself in a spot of bother.

IN fact it would be fair to say she feels a bit… well hard done by.

She is no doubt cursing having gotten into the ute in the first place with a traveller partner who drove her just too dang quick… “he was just too fast!”. A common complaint.

In reading her account where she disputes any ‘oral’ assistance having been provided to the driver… I can’t help but wonder with all the words censored with asterix symbols, how she presents herself when working as a waitress – taking orders from her startled diners would be… an experience.

She is probably declaring to them on her shift right now that “This rampant media misrepresentation sucks the big one!” or something along those lines.

Having said that – I found the closing part of the interview detailed in part below to be very… well…umm endearing.

“I don’t understand where that story has come from,” she said.

“It may have looked bad when police first arrived as my girls were hanging out all over the place. I also had a $5 note wedged between my boobs so they probably just assumed I was a sex worker or something and he’d already paid me.

“But $5 is a bit cheap for a head job.”

Indeed. Well put.
