…unknown apparently died from a very prolonged and painful death brought on by a severe case of resentment, pent up fustrations, and a general case of living as a hater rather than a luvar. And several decades of wearing shoes that were a size too small also made an impact on his general poor outlook in dealing with his fellow pushy and rude travellers on the 740am from Tai Po to Hung Lom stations.
